Ascott Estate spans a vast 4,400 acres, encompassing the House and Gardens, farms and a range of residential and commercial properties.

The farms are committed to a sustainable and environmentally aware approach to farming and are part of the Mid-Tier Countryside Stewardship Scheme, helping to increase biodiversity within the farmland area.

The Farm

Ascott Farm comprises 3,500 acres of farmland in the rolling hills of the Aylesbury Vale. The farm is predominantly arable, growing a mixture of winter and spring cereal crops and field beans with grass and parkland.

The Ascott Park Cricket Ground is one of the most attractive private grounds in England, where 30 to 40 matches are played during the cricket season.  The first cricket match was played at Ascott in 1880.
