Whether you're visiting Ascott for a day out or simply stopping by for refreshments, the Pavilion Tea Room is the perfect place to relax.

Our menu offers a delicious selection of sandwiches, hot pasties, cakes, traybakes, scones with jam and cream, and a variety of sweet treats.

Alongside these, you'll find freshly brewed Raw Bean coffee, speciality teas, hot chocolate, milkshakes, smoothies, lemonade and other cold drinks.

Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.

With both indoor and outdoor seating, it's the ideal spot to unwind before or after exploring the House and Gardens.

Please note:

Menus may vary during events or busy periods. A Gardens admission ticket is required to visit the Tea Room. The Pavilion Tea Room is managed by Ascott, therefore National Trust discounts do not apply. Card payment only.

Afternoon Tea

Make your visit to Ascott extra special with our traditional afternoon tea in the historic surroundings of the Pavilion. Savour a selection of sandwiches, savoury bites, scones with jam and clotted cream, and sweet treats, accompanied by your choice of tea or coffee.

Cream tea is available Wednesday–Friday at 14:30 and 15:30. Vegetarian and other dietary options are available.

Please note that an infant ticket reserves a seat at the table, but no food will be served.

Normal admission applies. Advance booking is essential.
