Gardens: 11:30am to 5pm (last entry 4:30pm)

House and Collection: 1pm to 4pm (last entry 3:30pm)

Pavilion Tea Room: 11:30am to 4:45pm

Additional Openings 

The Gardens and Tea Room are open every Monday during the Buckinghamshire Summer Holidays (27 July, 3, 10, 17 & 24 August). 

Booking

Pre-booking is strongly recommended for Bank Holidays, weekends and school holidays.

Ticket Prices

Ascott is taking part in the Great British Summer Savings Scheme. From 25 June to 31 August, you can enjoy reduced entry.

Gardens

  • Adult: £12.95 (Scheme Price: £11.33)
  • Child (17 and under): £6.50 (Scheme Price: £5.69)

House and Collection

  • Adult: £7.50 (Scheme Price: £6.56)
  • Child (17 and under): £3.75 (Scheme Price: £3.28)

Free admission is available for:

  • Children under 5
  • Carers/Essential Companions
  • National Trust Members

A Gardens ticket provides access to the Gardens and Tea Room. If you would like to explore the House and Collection as part of your visit, please also book a House and Collection Ticket.

Getting Here

Ascott is conveniently located just 90 minutes from both central London and Birmingham, and only 15 minutes from the M1, making it easily accessible for visitors.

There is also a local bus route with a stop approximately 600 metres from the Visitor Entrance, followed by a short walk to the estate.

School Visits

We welcome self-led school visits at Ascott, offering a rich and flexible learning environment across the House and gardens. Coach parking is available on site, and groups can enjoy packed lunches in the gardens or use the Pavilion Long Room as a dedicated indoor base during their visit.
