Group Visits and Coach Parties

From the initial planning stage to the day of your visit, we are on hand to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Groups of 10 or more benefit from discounted admission prices, subject to pre-booking.

To secure your visit to us and our group bookings rate, please make payment of your admission, food and drink and tours 14 days before your visit.

We take payment via the phone on card or BACS transfer, and our team are on hand to help you as needed with this.

Car Club Gatherings and Rallies

Ascott House and Gardens is a popular destination for classic car gatherings and rallies, offering beautiful surroundings and a welcoming atmosphere for enthusiasts.

We can accommodate approximately 20 cars, and when 10 or more cars attend, your guests will receive our group discount on admission to the House and Gardens.

Many of our classic car visitors choose to bring a sumptuous picnic and a glass of fizz to enjoy on the lawns. Alternatively, you can visit our tearoom, where a selection of sandwiches, pasties, cakes, and hot drinks is available.

Before your event, we will arrange a site visit at Ascott House and Gardens to review your itinerary and ensure every detail is in place to make your gathering a success.

2026 Group Prices

We are taking part in the Great British Summer Savings Scheme. From 25 June to 31 August, you can enjoy reduced entry to Ascott.

Gardens: £11.25 (Scheme Price: £10.46)

Child (under 18s) Gardens: £5.60 (Scheme Price: £4.90)

*House: £6.30 (Scheme Price: £5.51)

*Child (17 and under) House: £3.20 (Scheme Price: £2.80)

Carer/Essential Companion: Free Admission

Under 5s: Free Admission

National Trust Members: Free Admission

*Must be purchased in conjunction with a Gardens ticket.

Enhance Your Visit with a Tour

Our knowledgeable guides will bring Ascott's rich history, remarkable collections and beautiful gardens to life, sharing the stories that make the estate so special. Tours are available by pre-booking and subject to availability.

If your group has a particular area of interest, we may be able to arrange a bespoke tour tailored to your requirements. Please get in touch to discuss the options available.

£15 per person, per tour (plus group admission).

Refreshments and Group Catering

Enhance your visit with one of our pre-bookable catering packages, served in the Pavilion Long Room, reserved especially for your group. It's the perfect space to relax together before or after exploring the House and Gardens.
